Aulon Zeka's murder, Prosecution Seeks This Measure for Two Suspects

G.H., 16, and R.G., 15, were arrested shortly before midnight by members of the Kosovo Police as suspects in the murder of Aulon Zeka, 16, who was found killed Saturday with four bullets in the vicinity of the “Model” school in Pristina. The prosecution has demanded a month-long detention measure against suspects

So suggested Monday for Gazette Express, case prosecutor Valdet Gashi. He explained that it is expected that during the 24 hours, which are estimated since the arrest, the appointment and pronunciation of the measure, since this is the only legal term a suspected minor must appear before the Court.

“We, based on evidence, have requested the appointment of the detention measure for the two suspects”, Gashi has said.

And meanwhile, at the State Attorney's recommendation, the two arrested in the late hours last night were sent to the Preservation Centre.
