Albin Kurti seeks the dismissal of Ricalos, tells why he mentioned him, Ahmeti of Deda

Last week, Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Nenad Rikalo, has been charged with public testimony by some residents of Pristina's “administration” that he has exercised violence against Albanians during the time of occupation and war in Kosovo.

It is especially absurd that Prime Minister Haradinaj has stated that he has been assured by the State Prosecutor, AKI and Kosovo Police that Minister Ricalo has not been involved in those actions as the residents of the Lagea “Dania” have testified. Kosovo's prosecution would have to act immediately, meanwhile, only eventually in a future judicial process the Ricalos defence would have been able to engage as a defence witness these state officials, who are practically saying Dardanians are lying. On the other hand, a few days ago, Minister Ricalo has declared that he knows me from the time of the KAN's founding. Perhaps Mr. Ricardo knows me, I don't remember. Most likely, Mr. Nenad Ricalo would have been participating in the new “guidelines that were held at the Grand Hotel in Pristina from July 8th to July 13th 2003. Here, two things need to be highlighted.

First of all, this conference has revirused KAN, which was formed in 1997 by international activists leading Alice Mead, who backed our student protests at the time. Over 70 activists and different national and international personalities, such as Adem Demac from Kosovo, Rexhep Mejidani from Albania, Barend A, have participated in this conference in July 2003. J. Cohen from the Netherlands, Bernie Sullivan from Great Britain, Valerie Hughes from Ireland, Alberto L'Abate from Italy, Louis Swell from the United States, Christine von Kohl from Austria, etc. Among the participants were dozens of NGO representatives, even from all national minorities in Kosovo. There have been Serbs from Belgrade as well. Mrs. Sonja Biserko. All these have been guests at the conference that revived the KAN since 1997.

Second, which is most important, neighborhood residents “Dania” are now not accusing Mrs. Sonia Biserko, who attended the KAN conference, and not Mr. Nenad Rassic was once minister in the Kosovo government. They're accusing Mr. Agriculture Minister. Nenad Ricalo. No one is blaming Serbs in general, nor any particular Serb who cannot be remembered. They are identifying the current minister by name and face as accomplices of other criminals in the crisis that happened to them in 1999, which they are describing in detail.

Why does Minister Ricalo mention me, but also Shpend Ahmeti and Ilir Deda, in his public clarification? There are two possibilities that don't rule each other out.
