According to Italian media, the young Albanian, whose identity is not disclosed, was known to the police because on 26 September last year he had refused to submit ID documents to the Carabinieri, shouting it was ISIS's.
The 22-year-old was located near the Madonna dei Baghni Church and the believers entering the church, asking them to convert to Islamic religions.
