Police at the conclusion of the verification of who this amount belonged to, have seized the monetary sum of 115 thousand euros and prosecuted two Ukrainian citizens for default in the Border Cross Point!

The Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section at the Vlora Police Local Directorate has launched intensive investigations into a personal bag, within it of monetary value, in a total of 115 thousand Euros, found in the area of Llogara.

Concretically: The bag was found by a family of Albanian tourists in Llogara, in the area where parachutes are thrown, and delivered it to police facilities.

Regarding this bag at the Olympic Vlora Hall, another citizen has called who reports that a bag of two Ukrainian citizens has been forgotten in Llogara.

At the conclusion of investigations by economic crime investigative experts after verification and identification of who this bag belonged to, as well as where they have the source of income, which had not been declared by citizens of Border Cross Point Rinas, have begun criminal proceedings for citizens:

S.M., 62, and P.K., 57, resident of Ukraine. Police have seized in the quality of evidence the amount of monetary values.

The materials were referred to in the Prosecutor for Criminal Work” for non-recognition at the limit of money and items worth”, provided by Article 179/a of the Penal Code.
