Bush said during the trial he wasn't part of the ISIS.
The same, it claims, has not provided clear and acceptable reasons for the accuracy of evidence presented by defence.
Lawyer Qosaj-Ilazi further adds that the first-instance court has failed to give adequate consideration even for the defendant's criminal responsibility.

Lawyer Qosaj-Ilazi seeks through her complaint that the Court of Appeals release the accused from the prosecution, while in the worst case to change the sanctions pronounced because according to her sentence is extremely high.
Kosovo Special Prosecutor on May 7th 2015 filed charges against Irfan Haqifi, Ernest Beqiri, Fidan Ibrahimaj, Mejim Blace, Blerim Syla, Fitim Dema, Bush's name, Vehbi Gerjaliu and Bush's noble.
Irfan Haqifi and Ernest Beqiri have been charged with criminally recruiting for terrorism, while others for criminal work organisation and participation in terrorist groups.
The accused, Kujtim Blace and Blerim Syla, are also accused of illegal weapons possession.
Pristina's Constitutional Court on January 19th of this year had declared the indictment, under which Ernest Beqiri, noble and Bush's name was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months.
For three years and six months, standing behind the blinds were given Fidan Ibrahimaj, Remember Blace and Vehbi Gerjaliu, while Fitim Dema was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison.
All first-degree convicts have filed complaints at the Court of Appeals.
Kenan Rushiti was acquitted of terrorism after the prosecutor gave up his prosecution.
The procedure was singled out for Irfan Haqifin and Blerim Syla.
