During the next week, the seventh consecutive constitutional session, which has been held hostage since August 3rd, is expected to be held.
At this one point of the day is the election of the mayor and vice president.
Although there is not much time left, political parties have yet to decide on which date to hold the session, even though September 7th has been discussed in the media.
Indescsonline has contacted NISMA deputy Zafir Berisha to find out if he is set for the exact date, but he has said he is still dealing with the appointment of the date, and as possible it will be September 6th or 7th.
Meanwhile, asked how far the talks with the AKR have gone, Berisha said that Ramush Haradinaj is authorised to speak for this, but he did not hesitate to show that the positions between PAN and AKR are getting closer and closer, and that the coming week this job will be done.
I don't know, that's why Ramush Haradinaj is authorized, but I know that as the numbers are made, it's no wonder that we have the session on Sunday as well. Attitudes with the AKR are drawing closer each time, but I am not authorised to talk to which degree they have gone, but I know that next week this job will be conducted”, Berisha said.
During the question of how much you trust AKR support, Berisha said that through their statements, they are giving hope to the AKR PAN.
But if AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli decides not to co-operate with PAN, Berisha said they should then prepare for elections, as according to him, any limits of ridicule are crossed with Kosovo citizens.
The “should support us because the statements have them, but if that doesn't happen next week, we should prepare for extraordinary parliamentary elections. There is unlimited time for the formation of institutions but we should not overdo it, that if institutions are not made next week, any limits of civil mockery are passed and we should think of October 22nd for two weeks of elections”, Berisha added further.
