The drop in temperatures from 40 degrees to 20 degrees Celsius has markedly affected agricultural cultures. While such temperature change is seen as normal, farmers and officials from the Ministry of Agriculture point to the consequences of agricultural productivity.
In recent days our country has been engulfed by high temperatures. But their decline for about 50 percent has caused trouble for crops in general.
These temperature changes ranging from 100 degrees Fahrenheit [40 ° C] to 20 degrees are being seen by meteorologists.
Tahirsylaj, meteorologist, explains that temperature change affects less and especially greenhouse areas.
Tahirsylaj stressed that the human factor is affecting the degradation of nature itself, and this degradation further leads to continued climate change.
This climate situation has not left farmers unmoved, saying that their products have been markedly damaged.
Hannah Mehmeti from Pristina's Emshire neighbourhood tells of the consequences of changing temperatures in the agricultural cultures she cultivates.
While Isuf Cikaqi director of the Department of Agriculture and Trade Policy in the Ministry of Agriculture announced that these climate changes affect the growth of these cultures, mainly plants that grow in open environments.
Meteorologists say that the situation we had these days will no longer be repeated this year.
