The Vetevendosje movement has commented on the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision, issued three years ago, calling it scandalous and which is continuing to leave tragic consequences for Kosovo. According to the VV, the bias KO119/14 decided to institutionalise the crisis in Kosovo.
The constitution writes that the right to the Parliamentary Speaker's proposal belongs to” the largest parliamentary group”, and that in all countries with parliamentary democracy is interpreted as the right of that group that has with it the majority enough to elect the mayor. So if there isn't one group, it's past the other group to see if it has that crowd. However, the Constitutional Court decided to read the Constitution pervertedly, stating that this right belongs only to the largest subject recorded in the CEC. So no longer the Parliamentary Group Assembly, but the CEC and Political Subject became a constitutional category and factors for resolving the Speaker of the Parliament. This Constitutional Court ruling was taken in a period when the country was very close to being freed from the capture of state by the PDK. And as it is seen, three years later, this decision has been fully instrumental in the hands of the PDK, which for power is also about to destroy the state that has captured and blocked”, says a Vetevendosje post.
The Constitutional Court's ruling has been an unfair decision made by partial Judges, who even during meetings to make that decision removed the notes kept during the drafting of the Constitution, just because those notes clearly explained how the Constitution regulates the matter.
“Ventures were found only a few months later, which also shows the lack of the state-captive mentality and their representatives in the Constitutional Court. In the government of Vetevendosje the courts will be released from capture, and such decisions that are unfair and blocking progress in Kosovo, there will be no more”, the communiqué says.
