Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, hosted European Parliament MP David McAllister, who is also a rapporteur for Serbia of this institution, in Belgrade on Thursday.
As the Balkan Radio Service Free Europe reports, Vuciq briefed McAllister “on plans to implement internal dialogue for Kosovo and ways of formalising this process”.
The two officials also talked about relations in the region and Serbia's European path.
Vuciq, after taking the oath in the post of president at the end of May, has said it is time for internal dialogue for Kosovo and “to give up the mythic approach to Kosovo”.
The ultimate goal of this dialogue is not known, as Serbia continues efforts to block Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
