Police ban Chief Inspector near Environmental Inspectorate Directorate for Criminal Work “Target due to task”
On the 10th,08,207 experts for investigating crime at the Vlora Police Commission have made the ban on citizens:
Ersid Hasanlari, 28, born in Skrapar and resident in Durres.
Its ban was carried out after the 09.08.2017 shooting of the citizen E. B., 33, resident Vlora, tasked by Environment Inspector near Environment Inspectorate, the Vlora branch, which criminalised national Ersid Hasanllari with Chief Inspectorship near Environmental Inspectorate Directorate, Vlora, because it has hit citizen E. Chief Inspector Ersid Hasanlari has via telephone offended his citizen E. B, with the claim of why he has gone to impose a fine on a private subject.
Ersid has then been physically conflicted with his citizen E. B, punching him with the claim he's been delayed in imposing a private subject fine.
Film images and mobile phones and other evidence have been seized in the quality of material evidence.
Materials were passed on to the Prosecution for further criminal action “Post shot”, predicted by Article 237 of the Penal Code.
