Why did Vjosa Osmani not run for Pristina chairman?

The Democratic League of Kosovo in unanimous ways was the pro-donition of Vjosa Osman for Pristina chairman, but Osmani had rejected it.

Agim Gashi asamblist of the LDK in a conversation about Inseder has shown about the race within the party for the Pristina chairman's candidate. Initially, Gashi has told of the three nominees from Pristina's sub-shelfs.

“in a tight race within LDK has won the necessary votes with party leadership. It was Avdullah Hoti and Ismet Beqiri in the race, while Hoti is drawing late, and in the race with Ismet Beqiri, Abrashi has won the votes”, Gashi said.

Gashi further told Insideri that the LDK initially unanimously was pro-doning Vjosa Osmani for Pristina chairman, but she had refused because she wanted to continue as MP in the assembly.

Otherwise we have all been unanimously for Vjosa, but did not want to go back to the municipality but to play the role at the level of the Kosovo Parliament”, Gashi said.
