The heavy event has taken place in Qeparo and the victim is a 79-year-old from Tirana who had gone on vacation to the south.
Police announce that “around 7:00 p.m., a citizen has been washing himself at sea and has at one point called for help”.
According to the police, random vacationers have come to help him and found him in heavy condition.
