“Bota has received the last message from North Korea in a loud and clear voice: This regime has given a signal disgruntling its neighbours, all members of the United Nations, and is under the most trivial standards of acceptable international behaviour”, Trump said Tuesday, referring to ballistic missiles issued over Japan from North Korea.
The threatening and destabilizing actions only increase the isolation of the North Korean regime in the region and among all the nations of the world. All options are on the table”, Trump added.
Comments come just hours after Trump kept a 40-minute phone call with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after launching missiles from North Korea, Russia Today” reported, Periscope broadcast.
The Japanese prime minister added that American and Japanese leaders are “dedicated to increasing pressure on North Korea and doing their best to convince the international community to do the same”.
Trump also stressed during phone conversations with the Japanese prime minister that Washington is “100 percent with Japan”.
“Now that the US has openly expressed its hostile goal to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, making joint military exercises aggressive, despite repeated warnings... my country has every reason to respond with stiff measures, as an exercise of the right to self-defence”, said Han Tae Song, North Korean Ambassador to the UN, at the UN conference held for disarmament./Periscopi/
