“Relations with Russia are at risk low”, Trump wrote on Twitter.
You should thank Congress, the same people who can't give us health care!”, referring to the recent defeat in the Senate for its plans for health care reforms known as Obamacare.
Trump's comments come a day after he signed the bill, which sanctions Russia -- the measure which Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has named “trade war” against Moscow -- broadcasts the REL.

Trump has rejected the return of sanctions against Russia to the law, but has said he has signed the legislation despite the “significant shortcomings”, for “the sake of national unity”.
The bill, signed by President Trump, continues sanctions on Russia, imposed by former President Barack Obama, for the alleged Russian intervention in the US's 2016 presidential election, for illegal annexing the Crimea and supporting separatists against the government in eastern Ukraine.
