Hundreds of vacationers were on the beach in Caparica, 25 miles [32 km] south of Lisbon, when some were taken to sea to avoid flying.
The plane that was only for two people seems to have been in trouble and crashed, while the vacationers panicked on the beach, witnesses said.
The dead girl was with her parents, who were saved from the disaster as she violated the male in her 50s until it was sunshine.
We note that the pilot and copilot of the plane were arrested by Portuguese police.
