According to him, there has been a long time since ideas about exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia come to the opinion even on the part of the relevant Serbian political factor, which ideas were put into the public as ideas for changing territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
“It is a convenient moment to resolve once and for all the problem between Albanians and Serbs in the Balkans in the Balkans in the Balkans, where the knot of the problem is Eastern Kosovo , the municipalities of Presevo, the Medvedja, which if they continue to remain occupied on the part of Serbia, as they are now, will have no stability and comfort in the Balkans, and as such will be a sitting bomb from the immediate point of approach, could detonate a despotability for policy and security of all the Balkans. Such ideas for exchange of territories should be driven by Kosovo policymaking, as well as by international factors, if they want a quiet region after the time has come to develop a quiet life for the Balkan people in the best way to deal with inter-ethnic problems. The exchange of territories with Serbia must take place, given that Zvecani, Zubin Potoku and Leposaviqi, legally are in Serbian administration, while the three majority Albanian municipalities in eastern Kosovo are managed with Albanian politicians, but that are the biggest in economic investment and development by the Serbian government”, the Vtra Movement communique said.
On the contrary, Kosovo will lose both northern Mitrovica and eastern Kosovo.
