German police have raided a policeman's homes and workplaces today and another person suspected of planning “serious and violent threats to the German state”, authorities report.
The suspects feared Germany's refugee policies would tear down the country, so they had begun to preserve food and ammunition and planned attacks, the Federal Prosecutor's Office said, broadcast Express.
The suspects see the crisis, which they fear will last, as an opportunity to apprehend leftist policy representatives and kill with their weapons”, the German prosecutor's office has said.
It's not clear if the suspects are captured.
The suspected policeman worked in the eastern town of Ludwegslus, about 150km northwest of Berlin.
Discipline measures have been imposed upon him.
