In an interview for RTV21 political analyst Ramush Tahiri says the PAN is guilty of blocking the creation of new institutions, as it is not exploiting the constitutional right to propose names.
To get out of this political crisis, Tahiri says a comprehensive 1-year technical government must be established with clear mandate: changes in the Constitution, electoral reform, completion of demarcation and association.
He says such a one-year term government would be a salvation from this current political situation.
