Even despite numerous efforts, Kosovo's Assembly is not even being introduced.
While political parties are in “Search” of finding a better solution, political analysts show what method of creating the Government would be best for Kosovo.
Politologist Ramush Tahiri during a proposal for Indexline has spoken of the sweeping and technical Government, making even comparisons between them.
According to him, in the situation that Kosovo is, only creating a technical Government would be salvation and it would be the only one that would move the country forward.
As for the entire government, he says it has no meaning and is very harmful.
The comprehensive government has no meaning and is very harmful, as it turns out to work against the people and political parties agree to work against the people. The sweeping government where each party is led by a minister is made worse than it is now. While, the technical government in its comprehensive sense has the support of all parliamentary political parties would be the right solution. The technical government is the one that saves the country. In this situation, in these political resentments only the technical government saves the country, and all the countries that have been in crisis have gone through the technical phase”, Tahiri has said.
He explains what a technical government is like. According to him, the first leaders of political parties do not go to a technical government, and it is not significant that each party has a minister. The important thing, according to Tahiri, is that each party supports this government and the names that are chosen.
The names in the technical government should be names that are not included in any relatives, which have never been under investigation for anything. It is not usually chosen by past governments or people who have been in power, but created by completely new people in terms of working with institutions, by people who are expert”, he added.
However, he says the current politicians do not believe such a Government could be created.
My view is that it's not the will to become such a government because to get to know political parties and people who are as long as we are political, little to let them believe that they're sincere about reform, but usually the way of governance up to now is some kind of clientulation, some kind of abuse of the state, and it's just overspending the situation and showing that without them it doesn't become a” policy, Tahir said.
Otherwise, it also tells of the life span of the technical government. According to him, this Government has a limited mandate and usually lasts a year and only under extraordinary conditions takes two years.
