Surrenders one of the Directors of the Black Community, reveals the many secrets of the mayor

The director of the Directorate for Urban Planning, Construction, Cadaster, and Geodeze in the Shtime Community, Mehdi Salihu, has resigned today. He also resigned from the position of the PDK Council, the branch in Shtime, broadcast Periscopi.

He has made it known through a publication on the social network “Facebook”, where it has written that the reason for his resignation is the re-admission of the Chairmanship of the Entrance Community of Naim Ishmael from the PDK's headquarters, writes Periscope.

Furthermore, he casts grave accusations against the current chairman of Shtime.

Dear citizens of the Entrance, local and central media!

Today, 15th. 08. 2017 I resign from the position of director of the Directorate for Urban Planning, Building, Cadaster and Geodeze in the area of the Shpea, as well as from the position of the PDK-Dega Council in the Shation.

For this resignation I have decided because of the re-addiction for the head of the Foreign Ministry, Naim Ishmael (which many citizens call, “Sultan Naim Ismaili”, from the head of the PDK branch, which he himself had chosen with his trusted people. Naim Ismajli leaves municipal institutions one of an intellectual, field experts and close to himself offers “people who listen to him, submit to his orders, rather than to his professional”, and have done so in the last four years. These people are installed in municipal administration, Education, Health and other institutions. That way the whole working machine in municipal institutions is usurped, as well as within the PDK branch, is choked by anyone who thinks otherwise. Then it eliminates progressive democratic forces in the party and close to itself it offers reggressors who more like “to puppet people”, than people who need the party and the Community of Increase, to push the processes forward.

I've often thought about leaving this position for the last few years, but when I thought it was <x0... Sultan Naim”, I didn't allow myself. I have resisted and told myself that I will not leave the citizen in the hands of miserable people.

The reasons for my departure are very, very... starting: From major taxpayers' budget abuses to Kosovo citizens, especially in the last four years to huge financial sums; Establishing great assets both in the municipality and outside the municipality of which the citizens of Shtime know about; Then the usurpation of municipal institutions in all areas of people mentioned earlier. The granting of over-excessive tenders 2 or 3 operators known with high financial value and coming from other Kosovo municipalities and the strong ties it has with the owner; Local businesses have never come to terms (that they can prove themselves); The tender restrictions are often made in his office “With the principle, nothing from this tender to give the other tender”; The gross degradation of citizens with things that cannot be imagined today can occur in the free state of Kosovo. I mentioned just a few reasons that there are really many but it's not the space I say here. I'm hoping justice will handle this.

I've served the citizen of Entrance for 11 years at this principal. The director who is one of the most sensitive in the municipality, I've never been tired of the work I did and I brag that I served the citizen of this municipality. In cooperation with my wonderful staff at the director's office, we have achieved greedy results, not as big as I would like to achieve. In the last four-year term, I was saying we totally had our hands tied to decision-making. And only “Sultan Naim” has ruled by law and law.

I'm not leaving the Shtime political scene, because I consider that citizens deserve to be treated with more dignity. I will compete in the local elections, with full confidence that I will serve all citizens indiscriminately. I'll be with the citizen and as close as the citizen and 24 hours in his service. This is my vision. I've never dreamed of such a position. I've always told myself I'd be in a profession and serve that way. I'm going to be for a municipality that's going to rule law order, professional officials in certain lands, officials that citizens say and what service he requires. I will also engage in eliminating bureaucratic barriers. My main goal is for the accession to become a modern European municipality, the model of local governance for other Kosovo municipalities.
