On the 10th anniversary of the assassination of Kosovo Special Unit police, Triumf Riza, his family, friends and colleagues reminded him of the murder scene in Dardania district in Pristina.
With tears, flowers, and many memories of him, family, friends, and colleagues stayed for a few minutes near the memorial set up by his company and family. On this anniversary his parents also accepted a post-mortum honour certificate from the chairman of the late police's Olympic Committee for the engagement of the late policeman, as an excellent athlete in the field of finance and labouring in different races.
The elite unit's police officer, Triumf Riza, was killed on 30 August 2007.
For his murder, Enver Sekiraqa has been sentenced to 37 years on charges of criminal offence in the murder of ex-cop Riza and for forced duty.
Meanwhile, the handover of the assassination, Arben Berisha, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison after being found guilty in the charge of having killed Triumf Rizza in 2007 in the Santea neighbourhood in Pristina.
