New Kosovo Alliance Secretary-General Vesel Makolli has said Agim Bahtiri will be the AKR candidate for Mitrovica chairman.
“Agim Bahtiri will run for Mitrovica chairman, but has not yet been formalised,”tha Makolli in a proposal for Blic newspaper.
This Makolli statement comes after some media reported that Agim Bahtiri has withdrawn from the race for Mitrovica chairman.
Local elections will be held on 22 October.
