Shukri Buya officially at NISMA, says PDK closed all paths

Shukri Buya has officially joined NISMAs for Kosovo. In his speech, president of NISMAs Fatmir Limaj said Shukri Buja has returned to his home.

Shukri Buja has already said she went to NISMA after all paths were closed in PDK.
