When Kosovo's accession issue at U NESTO has returned to battle with Serbia, two years after failing to accept it, Kosovo diplomacy is being represented by a foreign minister's task officer, who in a 20-word sentence makes twenty basic spelling errors.
Kosovo, in the face of strong Serbian diplomacy led by Ivica Dacic, has Emmanuel Demaj, after former Minister Enver Hoxhaj has been elected MP, and the formation of the new government has not yet taken place, even though the election has been over for two months, writes the newspapermetro.net.
Foreign Minister Demaj's task adviser these days has enabled Kosovo diplomats to stop vacationing and return to their jobs to lobby Kosovo not to fail this time again to join the U. NESTO.
On the other hand, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has today announced to Serbian media that he has sent his emissaries to lobby in over 20 countries against Kosovo's accession to U NESTO.
He has said to have identified countries that Serbia could return to it, highlighting the problems of Serbian diplomacy in the past. Dacic has cited Uzbekistan as an example, which none of the Serbian diplomacy has visited for 25 years, and according to him, it is normal for this country to vote in favour of Kosovo, and has promised to change it. Dacic also said it would be done with several Latin American countries.
While, Kosovo is probably not worried about whether we are admitted to U NESTO or not. The important for political parties in Kosovo seems to be only who is managing to take power, and for that, if necessary, the country will be held in blockades for up to six months, as it had been after the 2014 elections.
