A similar situation has faced a citizen from Prizren municipality these days. In a video he sent to Indexline editorial, you see the rude behavior of an assistant director in a municipality, Alija Mercer.

According to the video, the citizen enters the office of the Republic of Kosovo's personal administration department, where the director is Miftar Gucci to request information.

As the citizen wanders down and down, he stays on the first floor and every second floor of the building, leaving nothing to do.

The principal's assistant, Alije Mercer, who tells the party that it has nothing to do with the information that this citizen is looking for, even holds in her hand a cigarette that she smokes inside her locked office, which is a violation of the tobacco law.

The citizen, having no choice, leaves the office without managing the jobs he had gone to Komuna.
