NATO says it will send three experts to monitor military exercises involving Russian troops in Belarus next month, but wants the two countries, therefore, Russia and Belarus, to allow wider monitoring of these exercises.
Russia and Belarus say the exercise of ÉZapad 2017) will include fewer than 13,000 troops, Russia Today” reported, Periscopi broadcast.
According to international regulations, both should allow broader access to the observer if troop numbers exceed that figure.
