Kosovo Ambassador to America Vlora Citak, held at the UN Security Council meeting, that Kosovo is an independent state that belongs to all its citizens -- Albanians, Serbs, Montenegrins, Roma, Turks and all others -- is a confirmation of the genuine dedication and willingness of Kosovo institutions that the Malaysian community within the shortest term of becoming a constitutional category. Her words in the most important body of the United Nations make us believe and confirm that our efforts and beat them to resolve constitutional judicial status and adequate representation in the Kosovo Assembly have not been in vain. The mission, which the Association of Montenegrins of Kosovo has launched, will no doubt be completed successfully and, above all, will reason on our existence”, said the communique.
At the end of the communiqué, it is stressed that “we want to make it known that Kosovo's Montenegrins fully agree with Ambassador Citaku that the resurrection of the idea for settlement along the ethnic line is dangerous for the region and, as such, should not even be considered, but must be dismissed by”.
