The attackers stole two vehicles and other equipment in the attack, which for the purpose of the civil protection office in the city of Sarmin.
Idlib province in northwest Syria is controlled by groups of Syrian rebels.
Civil protection, otherwise known as the “White Holmetes”, operates in areas controlled by rebels in Syria
