Regon President Thaci condemns attack on Sokol Zogaj

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has reacted to the attack on Kosovo's General Assembly Director Sokol Zogaj, calling the act unacceptable and directed against Kosovo institutions.

Thaci has invited the Kosovo Police to light this case as soon as possible and find the authors, writes Periscopi.

The president's full response:

The attack on Kosovo's General Director of the Correcting Service, Sokol Zogaj, is unacceptable, directed against Kosovo institutions and our efforts to strengthen rule of law.

I invite the Kosovo police and justice institutions to light up this case as soon as possible and find the perpetrators.
