He has made these comments in response to what PAN Ramush Haradinaj has said on Saturday, nominated for prime minister, that the government has been able to form earlier, but that it has postponed because of the AKR's deployment, to create a broader basis of government.
Sejdiu has said Saturday that there is no decision by AKR structures to change from the initial stance since being part of the LAA coalition.
He has let Haradinaj know that for the AKR its members decide, not Haradinaj and no one else.
“To AKR makes AKR decisions, not Mr. Haradinaj or anyone else. There is no decision that was made in AKR structures to change our initial position, which was me and acted in the framework of the LAA” coalition, has been expressed to Sejdiu about the news.
Ramush Haradinaj, nominated for prime minister, has indicated that they have been able to form Government even earlier, but that they have postponed because of the AKR's position.
“We have followed the possibility of returning to the 61-vote session, but a new more comprehensive situation has been created in the AKR position and given the time to”, Haradinaj said.
Days earlier, AKR leader Behgjet Pacolli had given a 10-day ultimatum of the LDK Vetevendosje to testify that they have numbers to form Government, and if they fail to do so, he had threatened with a change of position in terms of forming institutions.
But even if it happens to support the AKR PAN, MP Sejdiu has reiterated his position, that he will not vote for the PDK-AAK-Nisma coalition.
My position is the one that's always been, since in the current PAN structure, my vote couldn't go that way”, he declared.
Sejdiu, who is a professional lawyer, has called on the coalition PANTE gets the right to candidate proposal for prime minister, as they have so far refused to present their candidate.
The continuing session of the Parliament's constitutional session is scheduled 24 August. Coalition The PAN has confirmed participation in this session, where they will also present their candidate as speaker of the Parliament.
