When have seven months passed since the launch of the judges' selection process in the race to become members of the constitutional process has stalled, and no one knows what will happen by the judges or the Supreme Court? On January 16, 2017, as you see on this constitutional court faxulation, the Supreme Court announced that it should initiate the procedure to select the deputy judge Vitore Tusha, whose term ended.
The Supreme Court initiated procedures, and in February 2017, three requests were submitted among them -- two senior judges and one of the serious crimes. Media Bicci, a senior judge, Ardian Dvorani, with three-year term in this court, Luan Hasneseiri, judges of serious crimes. And while these judges are expected to be selected to complete the vacuum in the Constitution, the council itself has not started functioning, as 2 of the nine KED members have withdrawn.
