The State Prosecutor has been boasting for two years to establish the indictment “Stanta”, which is the greatest indictment since post-war corruption.
But this institution itself has been involved in irregularities and legal violations, which the Criminal Code classifies as corruption-related criminal acts, writes Koha Ditore today.
This institution has opened no tender for translating the paperwork.
Contrary to the law, one company has been invited and expelled from other translators. They have done this, as they have said, after the subject kept “confidential reforms”. But only 7 pages from all over the 10-billion-page file are classified as confidential documents.
