Regarding an online media release, where a citizen from Kosovo has denounced two police officers for allegedly asking for bribes, we suggest:
The director of the Durres Police Local Directorate has just announced the case has ordered the immediate suspension from duty of I.S. and I.V. Effective Road Circle Police, up to clarification of circumstances.
From the verifications conducted has been found that in connection with the reported case, an administrative measure by police patrol has been imposed on the vehicle in question.
For further detailed actions, the issue has been sent to the Directorate of Professional Standards at the State Police Directorate for obtaining and taking appropriate measures.
The Durres Police Local Directorate thanks every citizen for the co-operation and the media for reporting, ensuring that concrete measures are taken against officials who violate the law.
