Two times within five months, Enver Peci's name has been voted to rule the Supreme Court, Klan Kosova reports.
But, unlike March of this year, among the members of the Kosovo Judiciary Council, there were no abstentions Wednesday.
The first vote was suspended by the Constitutional Court following another candidate's complaint, Valdete Daka.
The 11 members of the KDR also voted for the first of the Appeals Court.
Even for this post, it was voted for the second time, after a complaint had been filed with Tonka Berishaaj, as the winner again emerged Hasan Shala.
