Former director of Urbanism, Construction and Environmental Protection in the Pristina municipality, Libun Aliu, now deputy in the Kosovo Assembly from Vetevendosje, has reacted today to the demand for construction permits by Ruzhdi Kadriu.

Aliu, in a post on the social Facebook network, wrote that providing construction permits by violating municipal property has been practical in the past but has been banned under the rule of Shpend.

That Ali reaction came after a conference the PDK branch held today, during which it accused Shpend Ahmeti of doing politics and business with construction permits.

Here's Ali's post:

Some of the PDK, at the media conference today, have demanded that the Pristina municipality give permission to its man, Ruzhdi Kadriut, in the postside behind the youth palace, day after day across his parcel lies Communist property.

The provision of construction permits by violating municipal properties has been practical in the past, but has been banned under the rule of Shpend.

Both the PDK and everyone else should understand that in Pristina the past does not return.
