This high official warns Texas citizens of the threat of hurricane

U.S. Vice President Mike Pence has warned today citizens of Texas that the tropical Harvey storm continues to be dangerous and the floods that endanger people's lives will continue.

Pence has called on residents to listen to instructions from state and local officials.

So far the hurricane has caused the death of over five people, while leaving major damage.
