Emine Rama-Simnica has been sentenced by two degrees of court for systematic theft of albumins- product used in seriously laid patients at KKUK.
It was originally sentenced to a one-year parole sentence in the first degree, but the Court of Appeals improved the sentence by turning an effective year and a half in prison for the nurse, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Rama Simnica had pleaded guilty to the court. A year later, though, she has neither served the sentence nor been fired.
The only measure taken to her is the shift of work from the Surgery Clinic, from which she stole her albums, to the Mental Health Center.
