Not good news for German car producers industry

Germany's auto production is vital to its economy. “We need a strong and innovative automobile industry, but also honest”, said Ulrike Demmer, deputy spokeswoman for the German government.
“Kritika for what deserves to be criticised” she said. “But always aware that this is a strategically important industry for Germany”, she added.
Demmer said there are 800,000 jobs created directly by the automobile sector and up to 500,000 other indirect ones.
German cars make up a fifth of the country's exports, the Periscopi broadcast “Deutsche Welle”.
The banks were named “too large to fail” during the financial crisis.
It is fair to apply the same termology to Volkswagen, Mercedes and BMW. Without the production of its cars, Germany's economic power would be weakened.
Germany's automotive industry, and in particular the VW, the world's largest car manufacturer, earns a lot of money with high performance cars, especially outside of it.
China and India are big markets, hundreds of millions of potential drivers who are expected to get their first license.
But recently it is being discussed at various forums for the globalisation of ecological cars.
Germany is away from its goal of placing a million electric vehicles on the road until 2020. They remain expensive, and their batteries offer a limited range./Periscopi/
