According to him, there is no reason for issues that connect with concrete names to get stuck in the Parliament's framework until it says the PAN coalition should assume this responsibility.
Likewise, Mustafa said they have not talked with the Vetevendosje Movement about how to deal with major issues such as demarcation, dialogue with Serbia and transformation of KSF into the military.
I think the solution is what's written in the Constitutional Court decisions, we wouldn't want such a decision, but all the decisions of the Constitutional Court we've always respected and we have to learn to apply it because it's about attitude towards institutions and the state. The solution is for the coalition of the Democratic Party of Kosovo to proceed to the Parliament with proposals for chairmanship of the Assembly, if the Assembly does not choose the first one then we have to elect the other, and with that we will overcome this phase of the Parliament's binding. There is no reason for issues that connect with concrete names to be blocked by the constitution, and I think that the coalition should take over with PDK”, he said.
He said that with Vetevendosje Movement, they should negotiate the programme and the major issues that have remained unsolved, until he added that it is the LDK's organs that decide on a possible coalition.
But, since before they come to this coalition Mustafa said they must do a deep analysis in order not to enter a Government that will be unstable for them.
There is no approach to attitudes, it has been talked twice or three times, it has not been talked concretely in the field of the governing programme what issues we should overcome and what issues are stumbling. It has not been directly discussed what will happen with visa liberalisation, demarcation, talks with Serbia, with the transformation of KSF into the military that are also major topics that do not expect even if we do not expect others to. Therefore, I expect these days to open up these issues, to be discussed and to the dead that there is room for us to find common language on these subjects to do so, if not then hold our position that we will stay in the opposition”, he stressed.
