Mustafa: Bajram Rexhepi was trusted, worked along with Rugova

Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has held a word of the case dedicated to the late former Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi.

“Allow me on behalf of the Government of Kosovo to express condolences for the life-sharing of former Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi”, Mustafa said at the beginning of his word, adding that Rexhepi was a multidimensional man with his work in serving the people of Kosovo.

“He as prime minister along with President Ibrahim Rugova worked on building independent Kosovo institutions”, Mustafa said, adding that Rexhepi was a host of other state positions, but, above all, was a man of great authority in Kosovo.

“He will be remembered as prime minister resulting from the first free elections in Kosovo. He was a trustworthy man. As prime minister and deputy, as mayor and deputy left his mark wherever he was. Rexhepi's life is a loss for family and society, but we will be grateful for his contribution to the country. God bless Bajram Rexhepi”, Mustafa said in his speech.
