Nearly two months after elections, commissioners are not paid wages

It's in a publication on the social network “Facebook” wrote that there are numerous excuses for this, but despite that, nothing can justify such delays to meet institutions' obligations to officials engaged on election day.
From this irresponsibly, Rrustemi says nothing can absolve the CEC or the Ministry of Finance.

Two months from Election Day and commissioners engaged on Election Day are still not paid by the Central Election Commission and the Ministry of Finance. With endless reasoning: Something because of technical and personal errors and elsewhere because of the Ministry of Finance, commissioners have been left unpaid to date. Nothing can justify such delays to fulfill institutions' obligations to officials engaged on Election Day, as nothing can justify the CEC, nor the Ministry of Finance from that without responsibility.
If the government is out of cash and you're thinking about being held by commissioners' hires, it's a shame, but it's neither guilt nor commissioners' responsibility!
