Significant amounts of state budget money continue to continue to be spent on workers' salaries under separate contracts, which are employed in Kosovo municipalities without ignoring the first legal procedures for recruiting new workers.
Based on official data published by the National Auditing Office (ZKA) it is clear that the Pristina Community leads markedly with number of workers with separate contracts in relation to other Kosovo municipalities, the Voice newspaper writes.
After Pristina leads the Ferizaj municipality, then Gjilan's, Kamenica and so on.
Pristina, 210 employed with separate contracts
The Pristina municipality, which is headed by Shpend Ahmeti, continues to be the champion of workers' employment with separate contracts.
During the review of financial mirrors for 2016, the National Audition Office has found that 210 officials with contracts for special services, representing a reduced number from last year (276).
According to ZKA, in the case of selecting these individuals had not been implemented by simplified recruiting procedures.
