The same proposal as Comrade Bilal Sheriff said. According to him if Albin Kurti did 60 numbers with Albanian deputy, he would also have Zeka's vote.

Two proposals are relevant today for the Assembly. The first proposal came from Kadri Wessel for Albin Kurti: “Bani 61 numbers, I pull out”!
The second proposal came from Bilal the Sheriff of NISMES: “If Albin does 60 numbers with Albanian MP, for the government, the 61 vote will be mine”!
Even my vote is by Albin if you make 60 Albanian votes for government!
