The high number of people whose lives have changed as a result of drowning in the sea has prompted medical emergencies to undertake a training campaign for medical staffs, but also vacationers.
The first stop was in Zvrinec, where several hours of emergency emergency training was held that must be given to someone risking shipwreck.
Medical Emergency Chief Skender Brataj stressed the importance of this training.
There are simple techniques, in the first place, not to drown who goes to give help, and secondly when we go ashore how we can give first aid to a person, who is very simple to become two civil maneuvers, it's not necessarily medical personnel. The instinct of helping is to get into the sea and save someone in need. But only the way we get close to drowning many times, and as you've noticed, the victim is who's been put in for help, as happened a few days ago in Zvrinec”, he said.
The training has been positively responded to by many vacationers, while early in Vlore police and municipal staff have been trained. While beach sessions will follow in Himarca and Saranda, but also in Durres, Lezha and Shkodra.
