Four people -- among them also the current chairman of the Skywright municipality, Sami Lushtaku, his son, Exile (now deputy of the Kosovo Parliament), senior justice and defence officials -- will appear in September before the Pristina Foundation Court.
The act set up by a EULEX prosecutor concerns claims on the escape of Sami Lushtaku, Sahit Jashar and Ismet Hoxha from the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo (QKUK).
Although the indictment was set up in October last year, the initial hearing in the case will be held about a year later.
