Local producers are demanding that domestic trade law be changed soon. They complain they are being hurt by traders by offering poor market conditions.
Economic Oda gave thanks to some businesses promoting local products Made in Kosovo, they were also praised for their exports, reports public television.
But local producers, in many cases, point out that they are having big problems with some local merchants who are damaging them with their own conditions. And in order to resolve this matter, it is required that the law of domestic trade be changed quickly.
Safet Gerjaliu, chairman of the Economic Ode, stressed that there are two basic laws that should be priority priorities, the future government, the first law is the law of domestic trade, which is a direct support for the production sector, because it is understood that in marketing and shopping spaces, it will be a guaranteed space for local products and second law, which I believe will be equally important to the anti-damping law, which will also be an additional mechanism to protect and stimulate local production.
According to statements by officials of the Ministry of Commerce issued in 2016, this law, even though it is meant to be amended this year, is expected to be amended in 2018.
While the Dervisoli Syrtrime, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, stressed that it has already completed the document concept, which will make the reasonableness of the dissolution of the law on internal trade and foreign trade law.
She stressed, however, that the law will regulate trade in majority and minority, and will certainly present a provision that will promote local products by one percent, assigned according to economic demands.
Dervisolli says they have sought experts abroad to assist the Ministry of Commerce in the matter.
