LDK MPs condemn violence against Vitore Stavileci

LDK deputies Vjosa Osmani, Lumir Abdixhiku and Armendi Zemaj have reacted to Blerand Stavileci's wife's attack, Vitore Stavileci.

Osmani, congratulating Stavileci's rapid recovery, has said such violence has begun to turn into a normal situation in the country.

Kosovo is turning into a society of violence and order organs that seems to be looking at this whole situation as normal. The frequent cases of physical attacks that are taking place in the end show that those who resort to violence feel encouraged not to speak with language but with fists. Shame on those who attacked (and planned the attack) and on those who stand back before such acts, not realizing how serious public safety challenges are becoming in our country. I wish Vitore Stavileci force and rapid recovery”, Osmani wrote.

Abdixhiku has cited all recent attacks -- this of Stavileci -- calling it an attack on a defenseless mother, the attack on journalist Oluri and the director of Zogaj prisons.

Obadiah has also said that these attacks have become common in our country.

“Huliganism today defeated a defenseless mother's wife; as a journalist and pardit director yesterday. Violence has become a common tool around here; as our verbal reaction has become common after each such act. That's how close it is. The only ones who have to react, the police, and the justice organs, are silent and emergency to give responsibility. This silence of their information is an encouragement to violence for the next time,”, Obadiah wrote.

Meanwhile, Zemaj, the attack on Stavilec has considered it a barbarous act. He has said that these attacks and all that happened in our country before are not coming to light, and the attackers are never being discovered.

The barbarous attack on a woman, the evil to attack a mother, gets heard in Albanian tradition. These evil acts contrary to our moral standards and traditions should take on public response, but at all costs be brought to justice. While those politicians who in post-war Kosovo did not react to criminal cases of political attacks today should be ashamed when such cases occur, especially when public discrimination comes on their part. To this day, the murder of the lady, Sebahate Tolaj police officers, has not been revealed to this day, yet the murder of pregnant sister - in - law in the case of Ilir Selimaj has never been revealed, even today, why Nekibe Kelmendi was threatened and had to be guarded by international police. So reaction is an inspiration to criminals attacking women. Today, all indiscriminately react to this criminal case”, Zemaj has written.
