The Constitutive session for the presidential vote this week did not result in success as a result of PAN's unwillingness to attend the session invited by Assembly Speaker Adem Mikulovci
And yesterday, in co-ordination with the PAN coalition, the meeting of the parliament groups has been realised, but there was still no agreement between parties on when the next session will be held.
All this situation and delay in institution building is having a negative effect on foreign investments in the country, according to political and economic analysts.
Political analyst Hakki Abazi told the Tribuna Channel that delays in institution building directly influence, the decline in the interest of foreign investors to invest in Kosovo, and thus impact the country's economic progress.
Economics expert Mustaf Kadrijaj also feels the same way, which suggests that Kosovo is at least being used for foreign investment, and therefore we have more imports than exports.
We remember that we had the same situation in 2014 when six months were blocked by the country's institutions.
