Vetevendosje MP Albin Kurti through a status on his Facebook profile has said the 2014 Constitutional Court's Actigence has given him PAN's exclusive right to power within the Parliament, but according to him, PAN is using this power unjustly against the Parliament.
He has said boycott of The PAN is opposition to the Kosovo Assembly and tactical replacement for not recognising the election outcome.

When people drop it
The AGE700/2014 Act of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo, dated 26 August 2014, has placed the pick up of the Parliamentary Republic. This decision gives absolute priority to the race in relation to most of the total. To propose the Speaker of the Parliament, instead of those who form the majority after the elections to have the right, now the pre-election coalition that comes first in the election vetos.
This act has given him PAN's exclusive right to power within the Parliament, but that they used this power exclusively for injustice against the Parliament. They abandoned the constitutional gathering on August 3rd and did not turn into any of its three sequels. On August 9th, they promised to be ready for August 17 or 18th, while today they promised they would be ready for August 24th.
We don't know if they're coming to stay on August 24th. But we know that there will be three weeks in which the middle column seats in the plenary meeting room will remain empty. You say the PAN deputies want their seats everywhere they are, so they're left empty because they're still chairs and they can take them with them.
Boycott PAN is opposition to Republic and Movement V To presiding Adem Miculovci, the oldest but no sooner MP, and the doubling of the progressive force that became the largest party in the country. At the heart of the PAN boycott is the rejection of the outcome of the June 11th 2017 elections. Boycott The PAN is a tactical replacement for not knowing the election outcome.
If they could return in May, they would never take the initiative for early elections by motion of no confidence in the government. That the PDK did not want early elections to remake Kadri Veselin the chief parliament and even make Ramush Haradinaj prime minister, right? Other markets were in mind, but the people on June 11, were deprived of their shopping. Citizens surprised the regime, which could no longer surprise citizens. So bad that he had become.
Some of them cannot get out of the market because the market is the only planet that can have life for them. Staying in the market is mandatory. Others either do not want to or dare to leave the market. Since pre-election markets collapsed, they can still afford it, they are expanding the shopping framework. The continuation of the constitutional collection should, according to them, wait for the delivery of lists with candidates for local elections, and then, without fail, perhaps even an address to the Constitutional Court. Retirement increases to buy time and the government form within the new runoff market in early November.
However, even this expansion of trade will break up citizens on October 22nd. The era has begun when people will learn to win and politicians will learn to lose. This is the teaching of democracy. But not forgetting what Sami Frasher said: How difficult it is for the learned to make riches, how difficult the lesson for the rich. Get ready for a new jump. I don't think the belt tie's gonna work.
