Krasniqi: Legal deadlines for Kosovo Assembly Constitution

Albert Krasniqi from KDI, in an interactive KTV, has said the session called for the institution of the country's institutions has been similar to that of after the 2014 elections.

He says Kosovo citizens have not given full trust to any subject or political coalition to rule with the country as alone, but to make coalitions with each other.

Krasniqi says legal interpretations are becoming as it is convening the parties.

The chairman, regardless of which he is not elected, is committed to organizing the constitutional session, and the Constitution gives him more rights than the Speaker of the Assembly. According to him, Mikulovci made a mistake in terminology, when he said the session was closed. He was supposed to say that session is suspended, but it's just a pencil. He says the dissolution of the Parliament has no need to take place, and the role of the chief parliament can be taken by Adem Mikulovci until the next election.
